PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR GENERATORS

Services Performed: Change oil and oil filter, Adjust and/or Replace: Spark Plugs and Air Filter. Check for adequate air flow, wiring, & for fluid leaks. Inspect hoses and test generator for proper start-up, voltages, frequency, transfer to and from generator power, cooling and shut down.

NOTE: If additional problems are found at the time of service, the customer will be notified of the repairs needed and issued an estimate regarding the cost.

NOTE: The model and serial number for your generator can be found on the small silver sticker located inside your generator. And should be recorded in your Owners Manual for future reference.

As of 9/1/08, A $5.00 surcharge will be added for to every trip charge.
